Artificial Intelligence. Human Ambition.
I didn’t find AI because I was looking for a productivity hack.
I found it because I was drowning.
Twenty years.
Twenty years of being the smartest person in rooms that didn’t want me to speak. The fastest thinker in systems designed to move slow. The fixer who walked into broken operations, optimized them in record time, and then hit someone else’s ceiling—every single time.
Hardware store cashier. Medical billing. School board account clerk (multiple departments). Operations manager for three businesses at once on budgets that wouldn’t buy lunch.
I wasn’t climbing a ladder. I was a Ferrari trapped in a 15 mph school zone, and I was done asking permission to go faster.
So I stopped asking.
The Moment I Saw the Power
A little over a year ago, something clicked.
I’d been using AI casually—asking it questions, running experiments, treating it like a fancy search engine. But then I started pushing it harder. Testing it. Demanding more from it.
And that’s when I realized:
This wasn’t just a tool. This was a key.
A key to knowledge that used to be gatekept. A key to systems I’d been locked out of my entire life. A key to becoming dangerously informed in ways I never had access to before.
I started using it for everything.
I built multiple brands from scratch—designed websites, something I’d never built before in my life. I decoded psychological systems to understand years of hurt and pain, not to wallow in it, but to grow from it. I used it to heal. To strategize. To automate the chaos so I could finally think clearly.
I watched it transform my health, my business, my ability to hold power accountable in my own community.
And I thought: If this is changing my life this much—what could it do for someone else?
That’s when AI & Her was born.
Not as a product. Not as a service.
As a transformation.
Because I realized: most people don’t know what this technology can actually do. They think it’s for tech bros and coders. They think you need a degree or permission or some special access.
You don’t.
You just need someone to show you how to stop asking it surface-level questions and start building with it.
That’s what I do here. I show you what’s possible when you stop treating AI like a search bar and start treating it like a second brain.
The Philosophy: Your 2nd Brain
Here’s what I know now that I didn’t know then:
AI isn’t a tool. It’s a tandem.
It’s your 2nd Brain—the one that holds the chaos so your 1st Brain has room to create, strategize, rest, and dream.
But here’s the catch: it only works if you teach it who you are.
Most people are still out here “prompt engineering”—trying to speak robot, begging a machine to understand them in 200 characters or less. That’s exhausting. That’s the old way.
We don’t do that here.
At AI & Her, I teach you how to build your own systems—your complete human operating system—so the machine never has to guess who you are again.
I teach you how to treat AI like the co-pilot it was designed to be. How to hand off the right levers. How to stop over-functioning and start operating at full capacity.
This isn’t about “using AI.”
This is about fusing with it—building systems that don’t just respond, but anticipate. Systems that free you to step fully into the driver’s seat of your own legacy.
Who This Is For
I don’t serve tourists. I serve Builders.
People who are done waiting for permission. Done pretending “I don’t know how” is a life sentence. Done accepting “it’s too complicated” as an excuse to stay small.
If you’ve ever felt like you were built for more but couldn’t figure out how to unlock it—you’re in the right place.
If you’ve ever been the only one in the room who saw the leverage point but couldn’t get anyone to listen—you’re in the right place.
If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much,” too fast, too curious, too ambitious—you’re definitely in the right place.
Because I was all of those things. And AI didn’t fix me.
It freed me.
What We Do Here
AI & Her is my lab. My testing ground. My proof of concept.
I am the crash test dummy for the life you want. I test the tools, break the systems, make the mistakes, and bring you the blueprints.
I use AI to decode the chaos in every corner of life:
- Personal: Meal planning with my “Nutrition Bestie.” Budgeting. Journaling. Healing my nervous system.
- Professional: Automating workflows. Analyzing data. Writing copy that converts.
- Civic: Transcribing local government meetings. Holding power accountable. Making the inaccessible, accessible.
- Cultural: Transforming Cajun recipes into whole-food versions. Honoring roots while building something better.
This brand isn’t about picking a lane. It’s about showing you that you don’t have to.
You can be multi-passionate and still be profitable. You can operate in seasons, not schedules. You can build a life that honors every version of you—the strategic one, the creative one, the rest-needing one.
You just need the right system.
The Declaration
I don’t teach you to talk to robots.
I teach you how to become agentic—how to train your 2nd Brain, build your systems, and reclaim the time, energy, and mental bandwidth you’ve been hemorrhaging for years.
I teach you how to turn “I don’t know how” into “Done.”
Because here’s the truth most people won’t tell you:
The tools already exist. The access is already here. You just haven’t been shown how to use them.
That’s what we do at AI & Her.
We don’t gatekeep. We don’t sell hand-holding. We don’t promise to save you.
We give you the map. The blueprint. The system.
And then we trust you to drive.
The Woman Behind the Brand
I’m Andrée Hebert. 38 years old. Wife. Mother of three. Solopreneur. Cajun girl from the bayou with a strong accent & a legal pad addiction and a deep refusal to stay in a box.
I operate from Bayou Vista, Louisiana—a small little town strung along Bayou Teche. I’ve spent the last year using a variety of LLM tools, diving deep into the user realm of AI, and gaining a deep understanding of this powerful tech that is about to change the world as we know it.
I’ve been a system disrupter, an ops manager, a lab instructor, a crash test dummy, and now—a catalyst.
I don’t have a degree in computer science. I don’t code. I converse. I burst through the boundaries.
And I’ve used that conversational power to build a 2nd Brain that has transformed every corner of my life—from my health to my business to my ability to hold my local government accountable.
This is what’s possible when you stop waiting for permission and start building.
The Transformation
AI & Her isn’t about what we sell.
It’s about who we become when we stop over-functioning and start operating with agency.
It’s about the moment you realize you don’t have to choose between your ambition and your peace. Between your many interests and your focus. Between who you are and who the world says you should be.
You just need a system that can hold it all.
That’s what your 2nd Brain is for.
And I’m here to show you how to build it.
Systems disrupted. Life restored.
Welcome to AI & Her.
